Yoga for Seniors

A slow and gentle practice to restore and maintain flexibility, strength, stability and balance. Through pranayama (breathing exercises) lung capacity is increased. Also you can expect your posture to improve and you may sleep better.

The use of a chair and props facilitates the practice for anyone. Be sure to speak to your doctor before starting any exercise routine to make sure it is safe for you!
