Yoga for Concentration and Mental Focus

Recommended for anyone looking to improve their ability to stay on task and be fully present. Through meditation and some yoga poses you can improve your concentration quieting your mind and keeping those distracting thoughts away.

Patanjali, the sage who compiled the Yoga Sutras said, ‘yoga chitta vritti nirodha’, which means yoga reduces the fluctuations of your mind. It flushes out the emotional clutter in your head and helps you concentrate better.

Very useful for school age children and teens!
