Yoga for Scoliosis

Let's give your spine the love it deserves!

I personally feel that Yoga is a must for almost anyone with scoliosis. The body with scoliosis develops a major compensating act and Yoga asanas will bring balance for those overstretched and tightened muscles. We will focus on creating a more normal symmetrical alignment while working with the breath. I will make sure that you leave each class feeling better and more empowered.
