Yoga for Weight Management and Diabetes
Through a consistent Yoga practice you will be more in tune with yourself so that you can make mindful healthy choices. We will develop a sequence that you can repeat at home 5 times a week for 20 minutes to an hour each day.
This practice will make you sleep better, have more self-control, improve your metabolism and give you an overall sense of well-being. Get closer to the life you always dreamed! You are strong and can change unhealthy patterns!
